Tallavera is seeking a Nurse Coordinator (RN) for Developmental Opportunities Services to provide health care oversight and medical care management for a designated caseload of youth. This role ensures compliance with Office of People with Developmental Disabilities regulatory requirements and agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Coordinator (RN):

• Coordinate and manage healthcare services for youth in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring safety and promoting well-being.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate staff and participants on health topics and advocate for appropriate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers for comprehensive care.

Requirements of the Nurse Coordinator (RN):

• Accredited Associates Degree in Nursing and 2 years of RN experience.
• Valid NYS driver’s license, unrestricted RN license, and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in computer-based applications and continuous learning mindset.
